For several years I complained about my husband's bad breath which often permeated across a room and which I could only describe to him as a strong chemical odor. He asked a dentist, a periodontist and a general practitioner to suggest a cause and a possible cure, without success. Finally, when he went to see Dr. Ross Cheesman in 1995 about a crown problem, I suggested he try once more to get information and help regarding the ongoing mouth odor problem. My husband came back to the car with two Oxyfresh products, the mint mouthwash and the toothpaste plus Dr. Cheesman's suggestion to routinely scrub the back of his tongue when brushing his teeth.

The two products and suggested method of mouth care completely eliminated the foul odor as early as the next day. I can now detect precisely when my husband has used the Oxyfresh toothpaste only (mild foul odor), when he has used both the Oxyfresh toothpaste and mouth wash (no mouth odor all day), or when he has used just regular Colgate (back to the old problem). I highly endorse the use of these two Oxyfresh products as an effective deodorizer that helps eliminate mouth odors.

Dear Susan,

I'm so sorry that it has taken me so long to write to thank you for the sample of the Pet Antioxidants and Skin Barrier that you sent along with my order on 11/13/95. I gave them to our oldest cat (not the Skin Barrier). Jessie is going on 14 years old. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it. We usually I.V. fluids into her at 100-200 ccs twice a week. When she takes the antioxidants, we can decrease the frequency the frequency to once a week. The I.V. is to help her kidneys process and retain fluids since she is getting up there in age. Not only does the frequency of the I.V. decrease, but she runs around like a much younger cat and seems to be much happier.

We have used Oxyfresh Mouthwash for about five years. Our vet recommended putting it in the cat's drinking water to decrease plaque and "cat breath". Up to now, Jessie has only had two dental cleanings and has only lost one tooth (and that fell out by itself). Our other cats do not have dental problems, nor do they have "cat breath". We now use the Pet Deodorizer instead of the mouthwash.

Our parrots have always benefitted from Oxyfresh. We use the Cleansing Gele mixed with water to clean and deodorize their cages. I find peace of mind that it will not harm them if used correctly (i.e., we remove the birds from the area that we are spraying). The flighted ones are not removed from the room. This is something we might have had to do using certain other products.

The total is now seven cats, three parrots and two fish tanks. I really love the Oxyfresh line of products and I do believe our companions do as well. Jessie will not eat the tablet by itself, but if crushed on her food there is no problem. For the rest of the crew, they beg for their "treats".

In fact, I do believe that one of our cats, Elly, is trying to figure out how to chew her way through the bottle, or at least learn how to open the cap. Is there such a thing as a cat proof seal? I know there is not a parrot proof anything, at least not in this house. Oh, I cannot forget to mention, the labels on the pet products are great, it looks like our house!

It was very kind of you to include those samples. I know they have helped Jessie a great deal and can only aid the other critters as well.

Thank you for thinking of our companions, as well as us (the Oxyfresh Antioxidants are quite a bit cheaper than vet visits and less stressful). But those vet visits are essential, no matter what.

Now about the Skin Barrier, it has saved my hands. Working with our crew being involved in rehabilitating Texas Wildlife I use it two to three times a day. It saves my hands from being disinfected to death (washing before, during, and after handling every animal [even our household crew]). I now have softer and non-dehydrated hands and arms. I'm ordering some more in my next order. That one oz. sample goes a long way.

I will continue to order my supplies with a smile on my face and many purring critters in my lap and screeching ones in close proximity. If I can ever do anything for you, please do not hesitate to call on me.
